[Cancellation Policy]
All orders made through our BUYKPOPMERCH section follow the same policy as tickets. All sales are final after our 24 hour grace period, no exceptions. Please contact TICKETS@STUDIOPAV.COM within this grace period if you want to cancel your order. Failure to do so means you order cannot be cancelled and refunded.

Orders with multiple Pre-Order items will be shipped all together once all Pre-Order items have arrived to our warehouse.
Images are for illustrative purposes only as the actual items may differ in size and contents depending on the manufacturer. Minor scratches on outer exterior are not subject to exchange or refund.
Any posters that are included with an album are Folded Posters.
[Shipping Timeline]
If all items ordered are officially released and are available at our warehouse, our team will prepare your order during business hours. Automatic emails containing tracking information will be sent to the email connected to the order, in order for you to keep on top of tracking & notices from the shipping carrier you selected. It's the customers' responsibility to keep track on the order's location and any notices that require timely attention from shipping carriers.
