PEOPLE UNDER 14 YEARS must be accompanied by an adult and both must have the same concert admission and benefit package ticket category. This rule is in place for all our concert, and you agree to is when purchasing a ticket.
A parent CANNOT enter the venue WITHOUT the same ticket as their child. So if your child has a VVIP+ Benefit Package, you must also have a VVIP+ Benefit Package to enter with your child at the time Benefits go inside. You also need a concert admission ticket to enter the venue in general. If you do not have a concert admission ticket, you cannot enter the venue. If you do not have a Benefit Package ticket, and your child does, you cannot enter the venue when your child does.
