Queue numbers determine entry order for benefit package holders for Fan Engagements
Queue Numbers are assigned based on the time of purchase. Earlier purchase = lower queue number
Please note if the specific tour has multiple concert admissions, then once fan engagements conclude, Benefit Package Holders will be split up by their concert admission ticket tier. Then we will follow the concert entrance order, with both Benefit Packages going by Queue Number Order.

Queue Numbers are NOT assigned based on when you arrive at the venue.

- Under the barcode on your ticket
- In Apple Wallet
- On the ticket PDF
