1. Each tour has a set limit of snapshot ticket one fan can buy for each city. This limit depends on the number of poses that are available for the members.
2. The physical snapshot ticket is needed to participate in the Snapshot Session. Snapshot Tickets must be picked up on the day of the show before the concert starts.
3. Once tickets have been picked up, we are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets. We cannot provide replacements for lost snapshot tickets. Please make sure not to lose them after you pick them up from our staff.
4. During the Snapshot Session, there are no cell phones allowed out at any times. There are no photos or videos allowed. If you are caught with your cell phone out, or taking a video or photo during the snapshot session, you will be removed from the engagement. No refund will be offered.
5. No physical contact like hugging, arm-locking, touching the artist’s face OR any kind of face to face contact with the artist is allowed, please keep your hands off of the artist at all times. Do not touch their face or their back, and only do the pose being offered. Do not ask the artists to do variations of the poses, including looking into your eyes instead of the camera, or for you to touch their face instead of them touching yours (for example). The artists have picked the poses they are comfortable doing for a reason. Please respect that and them!
6. When a member's line is getting shorter, we will do LAST CALL. If Last Call has been announced 3 times and nobody comes over with any more snapshot ticket for that member, we will assume he is finished taking photos. The member will then leave the Snapshot Session. Once they have left the Snapshot Session, the artist will NOT come back. Please make sure to listen to announcements made during the Snapshot Session to know what line to go to.
6. If you miss Last Call for a member that you have a ticket for, and the member leaves - you can no longer take a photo with that member. Staff will then offer you the chance to take a photo with another member, if possible.
7. Once you are done with the Snapshot Session, you can then leave the venue, so staff can accurately see how many people are left to take their photo
Important Note:
If you are actively in line for another member when we do Last Call for another member that you have a snapshot with, leave your current line and go to the member doing last call. If there are multiple last calls that you need to attend, tell a staff member, (NOT the one with the camera), and we will hold the member for you.
