Merchandise orders (including pre‑orders and Last Call items) ship once all items are available in the warehouse.
You’ll receive tracking information via email when your order is being prepared for shipment.
International shipping and fees
International orders may incur import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other fees charged by your country.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by Kpop Tickets at checkout.
Address accuracy and delivery
The site is not liable for:
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Stolen packages
- Abandoned deliveries
If a package is returned due to any of the above, the customer must pay the reshipping cost.
